I’m Zoe and my passion is making a healthy lifestyle accessible for everyone, I want to show you how you can have balance, and the benefits that this offers, while having a busy life.
I am a qualified Nutritionist, but as well as that I understand the difficulties of a busy life. I have worked in high pressure corporate roles at multi-national companies for 15 years. During this time I have experienced how hard it is to balance everything. Keeping on top of what you “should” be eating, feels like another item on the to-do list, that is weighing you down but you never quite get to.
I would love to show you that eating well doesn’t have to be complicated. We will remove the noise from trendy diets and will look at your life and food habits. I am not going to be overhauling your diet, instead just supporting you in making tweaks that achieve your goals.

£100 - 60 minutes
Do you have a specific topic you would like help with, related to nutrition.
Are you happy to manage your own health & nutrition day to day but would like one-off support with a particular concern.
This call provides you with 60 minutes to discuss a particular topic.
Your question must be shared prior to the meeting, in case any preparation is needed to provide you with this support.

Thorough and personalised call where I will build an understanding of your overall health.
We'll discuss your current lifestyle, habits and diet, as well as your goals. Prior to this session I will have requested some initial information and a 3-day food diary, to aid the conversation and ensure we can get as much out of the time as possible.
From this I will create an initial nutrition plan that will work towards those goals.

£70 - 45 minutes
A nutrition plan is not a one-off plan that can be applied indefinitely, your goals change, you loose some weight or your progress plateaus.
Packages, allow me to regularly check-in and adapt your programme, but if that is not suitable for you at this time. You can use this follow-up call for me to re-assess your plan.
This can only be booked if you have had a nutrition plan with me.

This is the elite package for when you want to make sure you are receiving all the support and accountability that you need to achieve your goals.
This package includes:
Nutrition plan
Weekly 30 min check in calls
In app messaging whenever you need it

£115 per month
Are you comfortable with tracking food and following a nutrition plan? Do you want to try and “go it alone” with some back-up accountability in-case you need it?
This package still provides support and accountability but is slightly more independant. We will check-in once a month, when I will ensure you plan is up-to-date and we can talk through anything that has come up.
This package includes:
Nutrition plan
Monthly 45 min check in calls
In app messaging whenever you need it

I can offer a range of services based on what your business requires. These include but are not limited to:
Talks and workshops on nutrition, healthy eating and boosting energy.
Nutrition/food content writing - newsletters, articles, handbooks etc.
Employee 1:1 nutrition & lifestyle consultations - with some pre-work I can offer short individual consultations for a group of employees or regular in-depth consultations.

My Approach
I am not here to follow trends, I am here to provide you with science-backed nutrition advice.
I work collaboratively, ensuring that your lifestyle, food requirements & preferences are taken into account. So that this can be something which is realistic and long-lasting for you personally.
I want to help you explore some of your habits around nutrition and build strategies to live the life you want!
We start from where you are at now. I will ask you to complete an intial food diary so I can see what you are eating currently, and we will tailor and tweak it from there. So, there is no expectation to change everything at once and just follow a set meal plan.
In fact there are no set meal plans involved at all. I will share recipes in the app, but these are just as ideas. We will be basing your plan on the foods you like to eat.
